Warranty

Purchased products are always accompanied by a legal warranty covering defects in production and compliance (eg malfunctions, failures and breaks resulting from normal use, defects in the goods) of the products themselves for 24 months from the date of delivery of the product.
The legal guarantee can not be validated by those who have purchased the products within their business or professional activity, indicating their VAT registration.
The legal warranty entitles you to request the seller:
  • the choice of the consumer, the repair or replacement of the goods, without charge, provided that the requested solution is not impossible or excessively burdensome with respect to the alternative, considering: the magnitude of the defect, the defective product value and The possibility that the alternative can be implemented avoiding major customer disadvantages;
  • in the event that repair or replacement is impossible, excessively costly or late or involves significant customer inconvenience and is not effective in resolving the problem, the customer is entitled to request a reduction in the price or termination of the contract. When determining the amount of the reduction or the amount to be repaid, account must be taken of the use of the asset. In any case, for minor defects for which it was not possible to repair or replace the product, the contract can not be terminated.
Seller repairs or replaces the product within 60 days of its delivery at the point of sale, except for the time needed to procure spare parts not immediately available.
In order to claim the warranty, the customer must by law:
  • Store and display the purchase receipt;
  • Denounce the vice within two months of its discovery.
